The right procedure.
Right where the work is.
Bring the procedure, the equipment context, and the next required check to the person on site. Explore guided execution and dry runs that keep the record connected to the work.
Rehearse the checks
before the real job.
Work through a four-step tablet example. Choose the wrong equipment or report an issue to see the hold state. This rehearsal contains no equipment-control instructions.
Confirm equipment
Match the equipment label in this example with the work package.
Help the team
keep the context in hand.
A clear field workflow supports the people carrying out the task and the people reviewing what happened.
Make the next step obvious
Keep the relevant procedure version, equipment identity, instructions, and required evidence together in the field view.
Make a stop easy to record
Capture mismatches, unexpected observations, and escalation needs alongside the task instead of losing them in a separate conversation.
Practise with site context
Rehearse how the team uses the procedure, recognizes missing information, and coordinates a response before a live maintenance window.
The field record
should tell the whole story.
Define the evidence the engineer needs at each step, then test it under actual site conditions.
Discuss systems and integrationsBefore the job
Confirm the approved procedure version, personnel, equipment identity, authorizations, and the prerequisites for starting.
During the work
Decide where readings, observations, evidence, witnesses, exceptions, and stop decisions belong in the guided task.
At handoff
Keep completion, outstanding issues, and evidence clear for the supervisor and the next shift. Agree where the accepted execution record lives.
In training
Use the same site context to rehearse decisions while keeping practice records and live-work authorization separate.
A useful conversation
starts with real work.
Choose a representative task, record the baseline, and agree what a useful result must demonstrate.
Open the evaluation plannerBring to the conversation
- One procedure people execute in the field
- The device and connectivity conditions at your site
- Required readings, evidence, witnesses, and handoffs
Measure in the evaluation
- Whether operators can follow and stop the task clearly
- Completeness of the execution record
- Behavior during connectivity loss and reconnection

Security and deploymentPricing and scopeIs this available as an iPad workflow?
The fieldwork direction includes a tablet experience. Confirm the supported application, devices, operating-system versions, deployment method, and the procedure capabilities for your environment in the walkthrough.
Will it work when Wi-Fi drops?
Offline behavior must be demonstrated for the proposed deployment. Test access to the approved procedure, saved observations, queued actions, conflicts, and reconnection before relying on it in the field.
Can we require equipment checks, evidence, or a witness?
Use your procedure to define where those requirements belong. The evaluation should demonstrate the required gate, what happens when it is not met, and how the result appears in the final execution record.
What happens when the operator sees something unexpected?
The workflow should make the stop or exception visible, retain the observation, and point to the site’s escalation process. Agree how supervision and authorization to resume are handled.
Can new staff practise without changing live records?
Dry runs are part of the fieldwork and training direction. Verify the boundary between a rehearsal and live work, including the records it creates, who can see them, and what is required before someone is authorized to execute.
Does a completed tablet checklist prove the work was safe?
It records the checks and observations captured in that workflow. Site authorization, competent personnel, actual conditions, and the required safety process still determine whether and how work may proceed.
Fieldwork and training are scoped with your deployment. Confirm approved devices, evidence capture, offline behavior, and synchronization before relying on the workflow on site.
Bring the procedure.
We’ll walk it with you.
Use a real field task to define the device, checks, evidence, and connectivity behavior your team needs.
We’ll agree how to share them if an evaluation follows.
